Henry Janzen Preschool is program for 3 and 4 year olds. It is available to the general public and runs Monday/Wednesday mornings or Tuesday/Thusday mornings from 9:15am to 11:30 a.m. in room 5 at Henry Janzen school.
Your child will enjoy a wide variety of learning experiences and activities that will enhance and expand their knowledge. They’ll have opportunities for language development, creative thinking, memory skills, self-awareness, fine and gross motor skills, auditory and visual perception — and a whole lot of fun!
We like to encourage children to be confident in themselves, use their creativity and increase their language skills. This includes such activities as: singing, crafts, drama, mini-gym, show and tell, just to name a few. Monthly themes are used to teach pre-kindergarten concepts.
Henry Janzen Preschool offers a clean, cheerful facility with a well-educated, experienced staff. Our preschool is available to children three to four years of age. We are run by the Henry Janzen SCC, and have been operating out of this school for the past 13 years.
Our objectives at Henry Janzen Preschool are to enhance a child's social coping skills, appreciation for literature, music, art, physical activity and creative play.
